Refunds & Replacement
In cases of damaged or missing Products you may be entitled to a refund of the cost of the damaged or missing Products. If you do not report your delivery as damaged or missing within 7 days of receipt, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage and without this cannot process a full refund or offer a replacement. At Lively Plants’s discretion, if the damage to the Products minor, cosmetic or superficial, we may offer you a voucher instead of a refund or replacement. Product replacement delivery will follow our delivery schedule.
