Bringing refined elegance to your space with its strikingly large and dark pointed leaves
Spathiphyllum is derived from Greek, meaning spoon-shaped leaf. It is called Peace Lily because the plant symbolizes peace, as when they are in bloom, they will grow a white flower, recognized as a truce signal.
Their natural habitat is the dark areas of rainforests usually found in wet habitats. That is why occasional misting would make them really happy. When placed in a less lighted area in your home, it will still thrive too, just make sure to keep them hydrated because they will immediately have droopy leaves when their soil is not moist enough. This is one delicate and beautiful plant that you will enjoy having in your living space.
Important note: not all of our Peace Lily stocks are in bloom with their pretty white flowers because it is seasonal. Don’t you worry, we will guide you through it to keep your plant happy and in their best condition so it can reward you with the flower bloom in your home!
Pro tip:
If you want to keep the leaves variegated, make sure to place the plant in indirect light/semi-shade. Too much sun may return the leaves back to complete green!
